Our engineers can remote connect to your PC anywhere in the world and setup and install your unlocking / flashing tools for you.  You simply purchase a remote connection slot and we will call or email you to arrange a time to remote onto your PC and get you up and running.

Why would I need this service?

We know that some manufacturers guides are very long winded, and at times difficult to understand.  This service is ideal if you are having difficulty setting up unlocking equipment yourself, and have exhausted every type of forum, online guides available, including our video tutorials.

Our store is open on the following days/times, however if available our engineers can do this work out of office hours too.

Can I see what the engineer is actually doing once he is connected to my PC?

Yes, you can see everything he does, this is good because you will learn how its all done too, should you need to install your tool on a different PC in the future.

Can this service be used to show me how to unlock phones?

Yes, our engineers can remote onto your pc and show you how a particular phone is unlocked too, however this is something you really should learn by reading support forums yourself, or checking out our video tutorials area.

Is this remote service safe and secure?

Yes this remote system is 100% secure, once the connection software is setup you have to request the help, we cannot initiate this ourselves, so your pc cannot be viewed or controlled without you first requesting us to do so.

My tool has no warranty that I know of, can I still use this service?

Yes, this is not about warranty, this is paid support.  It does not matter how old your tool is.

I did not purchase my equipment from FoneFunShop, can I still use this service?

Yes, anyone can use this service.
